some background options

These photos are a bit dark as they were taken last night in my studio (I usually like to take the photos with natural, diffuse daylight). I am compelled by this imagery of Philippe Petit walking on a tightrope between The World Trade Towers with the artistic addition of the rose and the yearbook photo. I decided to try different backgrounds to see how it would change the presentation. Still some work to do, but this may end up as a finished piece soon.

      Thanks for your input Sue. I think I do too. The background for that one is illustration board and it is actually light blue (difficult to see it in that photo), which enhances the patina of the elements as well. I will probably go with that one and get a better photo of it. Thanks again for your interest!
