Gallery visit

 It was such a pleasure to have some of my life-long friends (and my mother) come to the gallery yesterday to see my artwork. I have very much appreciated their continued support over the years.

NCS small format exhibit

Here is the piece I submitted to National Collage Society small format exhibit of this year. It's entitled "Royal Chamber" (4" x 6"). I also included some intermediate steps and another option I tried for the placement of one of the elements.

Did a little pre-exhibition visit to 4 Elements Studio on Friday to see my works on the wall. Holly Flitcroft did a great job of hanging the show. The virtual exhibit will be available this week on the 4 Elements Studio website.

 

Making "The Scene"

On Thursdays, my hometown newspaper publishes "The Scene" to inform folks of upcoming activities and events in the area. Although it was April 1st, I'm not fooling... I made "The Scene" (thanks to the good work of the folks at 4 Elements Studio. Thanks Vartan and Holly)!
